The Transformation

Within two weeks of their in person coaching, Megan landed her two biggest projects to date: a $40K furnishings design fee with a $175K product minimum and a $150K new build design fee with a $340K product minimum. Since implementing her new model, her total design fees have already more than doubled from the previous year while taking on fewer and significantly larger projects. She went from juggling nearly seventeen smaller scopes to focusing on around five full service homes a year.
